Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund seems delayed:

  2. Contact your bank/credit card provider

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items returned worn, used, washed, or damaged

  • Items returned without tags or packaging

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom, limited-edition, or made-to-order products

  • Late return requests
