1. Where is Sense of Sins based?

We are proudly based in Canada, with operations and fulfilment handled through trusted partners to ensure quality and fast delivery. 

2. How long does shipping take?
  • Processing time: 24 to 48 Hours
  • Domestic shipping: 2–7 business days (depending on province)
  • International shipping: 7–18 business days

Please note: high-volume seasons may cause delays.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package directly on your carrier’s website.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes — we accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • With original tags and packaging

5. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

We got you. Email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@senseofsins.com with photos. We’ll replace or refund it.

7. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled or edited within 2 hours of placing them. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed.

8. Do you offer international shipping?

No — If trying to purchase from outer countries, shoot us a mail; we will let you know accordingly.

9. Are Sense of Sins garments true to size?

Yes — our pieces are true to size with a relaxed oversized streetwear fit. If you prefer a more oversized look, we recommend going one size up. Size charts are available on every product page.

10. How do I wash and care for my items?

For the longest life and best print quality:

  • Wash cold
  • Inside out
  • Hang dry only
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not iron directly on prints or embroidery
