At Sense of Sins, we aim to provide high-quality products and a great shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy under the conditions outlined below.
Return & Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order. Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The product must be in resalable condition
Sense of Sins reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges if the item does not meet the above conditions.
Return and Exchange Shipping
For standard returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Sense of Sins cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
In such cases:
- Sense of Sins will cover the return shipping cost
- Customers may choose between a replacement (exchange) or a full refund
Our team may request photos of the product to verify the issue before processing the request.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item or size is unavailable, customers may choose:
- A store credit, or
- A refund to the original payment method
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees paid during the original purchase are non-refundable, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
